It will be great for retail and face to face selling. It will be posted on http://www.officialcoastaltraining.com/.

Remember the membership is constantly influx, over 60 vendors, many are changing hands, getting bought out, or going out of business. Make specific vendor requests from the shipping center if you want specific trips from certain companies. Coastal Vacations is a dynamic and constantly improving membership. Remember, we sell memberships, not vacations.

Join the official Board of Directors training calls, which can be found by visiting http://www.officialcoastaltools.com/.

Networker Central was a major event sponsor and provided some great new tools to members with some great discounts on leads, as well as a new personal video platform, where you can send videos to leads through a contact manager. Looks interesting...

Contact Talk was presented, an all in one email autoresponder and follow up system, combined with a voicebroadcasting system which is ran from desktop software. Only on PCs, no MACs. Very technical, but can help automate many things for busy directors.

Pat Mesiti from http://www.mesiti.com/ was a great and powerful speaker. Many we motivated to buy his products as a solution for thier lack of sales and lack of belief in their business. This was a great investment in education for them all.

Here are some power quotes:
Happiness is wanting what you already have
Get a Full Head of Knowledge, A Full Heart of Compassion, and you get a Full Pocket of Cash.
You attract what you are
How you leave an experience will determine how you enter into the next.
No one can do for you, what you can do for yourself
Associations = Assimilations
The realest thing about you is your dream
You cannot change what you constantly tolerate
Ignorance is most expensive education you'll ever invest into
Your Mind will build you a prison or a palace
It's easy to be wealthy but it's hard to be broke
Businesses don't stop growing, people do
You can make money or you can make excuses, but you cannot make both
You cannot win a game just playing defense
Every attitude you have will manifest into something - good or bad
People join your business for outcomes and solutions
People are interested in their dreams, not yours
Your life will be determined by your focus

The simple process of closing a lead into your business:
1. Relax and Relate a while - Get to know them, their problems, dreams, hopes, reasons why
2. Discover their deepest needs and their why, then disturb them, so people can feel their pain and desire a solution out of the pain.
3. Offer solutions and answers to their big problem
4. Close them into your business as the solution and ask for the sale

Scot O. did a business to business presentation on how he walks into businesses or does fundraisers selling Coastal retail, business to business and how he is having much success with that model in the community. You either advertise your business or you advertise your business for sale. Soliciting store owners and business people mean it will cost them something, but if done right, the position you take is that your vacation package will is going to make them MORE money, not cost them more money.

A school raised over $10,000 raffling off $2 raffle tickets for trips, out of the $10,000 take, they purchased the L1 package. Great idea for local school fundraisers.

Scot O and Scot Chatron did a retail seminar in Pheonix, AZ last month, placed a full page ad in the paper and 122 people showed up. Ad was places 7 days before event. Many sales were made at the back of the room after their presentation. Scot Chatron shared many ideas on how people can do seminars successfully, with all the important details.

Leadership Luncheon was held at BB Kings, and enjoyed by all.

Next Coastal convention will be BACK in Orlando in March, 2008. Location and dates not yet available.

Make sure you come to all official Coastal live training events, this was really good for my people who came.

Coastal Vacations June 2007 Regional Event Highlights

Here is a quickie UNOFFICIAL Summary of what went down in Las Vegas.

New Vacations - All Walt Disney World Florida area

Level 1 - 6 Day 5 Night for 2 Adults includes 2 tickets to Disney Park Universal or SeaWorld -- There is ONLY ONE of these bonus vacations in this membership. The event was a condensed version of Coastal's worldwide membership conferences held twice a year in Florida.

About 70 people attended the Los Angeles training seminar. Over half of those attending were brand new Coastal Vacations members. Several Coastal Vacations veterans attended as well as several individuals who were investigating the business as they consider a career with the 12-year-old home based business.

Veterans felt the event was conducted at a much faster pace than Florida events that were spaced over an entire weekend. Some referred to the Los Angeles event as speed learning.

How To Use The Product. Fear of picking up the phone, fear of rejection and fear of failure often stops new associates dead in their tracks. Learn how to push through your fears and become a winner.

Coastal Vacations introduced a new contact management technology. It is not yet available, but those in attendance agree it blows the socks off of anything previously released by Coastal's Board Of Directors.

See session two for afternoon session.

Can People Save Money With Coastal Vacations? The gold seal is a new recognition program introduced by the board of directors. They admit it's a work in progress, but many agree that if implemented correctly it could be a positive. What a cool idea to finally state in writing some formal policies and proceedures for Coastal members.

The Gold Seal is a program to honor and recognize leaders within Coastal's COA website system, who use all the official tools Coastal offers, as well as follow a stringent code of ethics.

Groups not using COA websites, will never be eligible for the Gold Seal, as it will only appear on COA sites, if a member qualifies, we'll tell you what the criteria are in the audio.

Groups like the Coastal Synergy Group, Wealth Builders and Call Center users can get gold seals if they use all the official Coastal tools and follow a strict code of ethics. But the seals will only show on COA websites.

What do you think of the Gold Seal program?

While it does only apply as an achievement for those using official Coastal tools, I want to stress right here that no matter what tools or systems you are using, all directors should voluntarily abide by these rules too, even if you are not recognized by a seal on a website.

Would Coastal be 100 times stronger if we all volunteered to follow this code and not confuse the market place?

Do your business the best way you can and people will join you, not because you bark like a seal, or have a Gold Seal on your site, but because of how you treat people, help people and strive to become an ambassador for this insustry.

we also get comments from some first time attendees who share their thoughts and while we have done our best to get the news, updates, and information that you need to know delivered to your home with these podcasts, we can't stress enough how important it is to get here, see it all live and meet us all face to face.

ALSO NOTE: The last half of the show, the audio 'crapped out' and we lost a good commentary on the Gold Seal and other things which were relevant and fun, so the audio just cuts off after we explain the code of ethics, etc.. sorry about that, but at least we got the main course for you!

Perhaps you can be a guest on our next Coastal seminar podcast in March 2007?

Make plans now to join us at the Swan and Dolphin Resort at Walt Disney World March 16, 17. 18 and be sure to stop by and say hello to Jeff and Dean.

Would you like to be a guest and share your success story and techniques for the world to hear with our podcast show?

Contact one of us and share your story. If it is newsworthy, we would love to interview you and publish it here, imagine how cool you'd be, if you told your friends.... "Hey, I got interviewed on a Podcast show today...." And then they go..... Doug Firebaugh Gets Serious About Putting Your Phone to your Mouth and Ear.

Al Romine talks about using the tools that work for you. Variety is the spice of life and Al explains how that same variety has caused the explosive growth that allowed Coastal Vacations to expand to over 100 countries. Leaders took the bull by the horns to grow the business.

I am amazed at how many ways there are to make your business grow. I believe when asked, over 1/4 of the room said they came into Coastal because they were a lead off someone's purchased lead list! Leads are huge, but there are many traditional and non-traditional ways to get leads, and convert sales with Coastal too.

Without all the MLM headache advertising rules, the door is wide open for creative people to blow it up in a good and big way. Even if you are not creative, just try something and stay with it long enough for it to show itself proven and true.

People who are succeeding have built websites, translated literature into several languages, taught different techniques and the tiny seed that was Coastal 12 years ago is now a giant sequoia tree. But accoding to Scot, only 20% of the population has been exposed to Coastal, which means 80% is ripe for the pickings. We will never be saturated!

While Al recommends plugging into the official website for updates, he also recognizes that it is the lack of rigid policies that has allowed the entrepreneurial spirited directors to explode the business.

For the Board of Directors sake, please always.. always, plug into the official coastal tools! check em out so you know what they are and use them...

www.officialcoastaltools.com

Testimonials put a face on the success stories.

Dale, who is a Coastal Leadership Council member, shared why working for someone else left him unemployed several times before Coastal.

Lynn and Renea, from the Coastal Wealth Builders team, shared their stories of how two very ordinary ladies have achieved extraordinary success in the wholesale travel business.

Hoyt Farmer was recognized for his efforts that have helped to expand Coastal Vacations over the last 19 months. Hoyt didn't have time to share all the details of how he has brought success to the masses with the revolutionary Coastal Vacations Sales Center system. His group has earned well over $1 million in commissions and he has seen his team grow to over 1300 members. It was great to see his success and the success he has helped others achieve formally recognized by the board of directors. Note: The Board does not officially recognize any one system or group over anyone else. But they do want everyone to use their official Coastal tools.

Aaron presented an overview of the COA system, including the telecenter, websites and a well received preview of the new flash movie that will be added to the COA (Communications of America) system over the next few months. (from Jeff: The new COA flash movie is rad and I loved it!)

Got health insurance? Coastal does, and members got an overview of what's available including a new diabetic program. By the way what other biz opps have insurance, not discount coverage? Not any I know of... one more reason to join Coastal if you ask me.

Doug Firebaugh takes everyone to phone school to overcome that phone phobia.

For many the telephone is the heaviest item in their house. So heavy that they have difficulty lifting it to make the calls that they know can lead to success.

Even though Dean and I use a system of a sales center... We still talk to prospects on the phone. We still call our leads. And because of it, we make more money. People who chose to not call leads can make money in our teams systems and many others.. yes... but if you put some more effort into it, calling leads will make so much more. WHY? It is about connecting relationships and bringing people through a system of tools and information!

What to say, how to say it, and the phrases that pay, Doug laid 'em out and gave many examples that even left our closer friend Hoyt mumbling.... "Dang, this cat's got some skills, I like him and think I buy some of his warez!"

Copious notes were taken, and those that transform those notes into action can't avoid increasing their profits.

Tell us what you think, interact below. The podcast will include invaluable information for those not able to attend the event live, and especially for those considering career possibilities with the top rated home based business. http://www.coastalvacationspodcast.com

Cottage Grove, MN (PRWEB) August 21, 2006 -- Coastal Vacations Directors will podcast highlights of their semi-annual worldwide membership conference to be held next month in Orlando Florida at http://www.coastalvacationspodcast.com.

This is the second time in their 12 year history that the top rated home based business has offered podcast highlights from the conference. This podcast is an independent podcast by two of the most celebrated and successful directors of the Coastal Sales Center Team.

Level 3 Directors Jeff Mills and Dean Marino have chosen to be the co-hosts for the Coastal Vacations Club Podcast Show again.

The two Directors in the Coastal program often host training and Q&A conference calls for Coastal's fastest growing group, the Coastal Vacations Sales Center, located in Tempe, AZ and run by Secure Business Solutions, LLC.

The podcast will originate from the beautiful Gaylord Palms Resort, where the conference is residing, over labor day weekend, September 1, 2 and 3, 2006.

In addition to the unique insight and color commentary of Mills and Marino, the show will also feature interviews with speakers, board members, and attendees.

Coastal members are invited to seek out Mills and Marino during the event for inclusion in the podcast."It will be a great way for members to create free publicity for their own business," said Marino.

Coastal Vacations members live in over 100 countries around the globe. While the last two conferences have set attendance records, not all members can make the long trek twice a year. This podcast gives members another way to stay in touch with the event. For those considering getting started with a Coastal Vacations home based travel business, the podcast will offer invaluable insight that should not be missed.

Coastal Vacations members have embraced new technology over the last year and their membership sales have exploded.

With over 90% of Coastal members failing to make sales going the traditional route, (buying and calling leads) those who use the sales center have account reps doing all the sales and follow up work for them and it has allowed many people to join the sales center and finally make sales.

"Using the Coastal Sales Center has allowed me to earn over $600,000 in profit in just one year," stated Mills.

One current coastal member, rejoined under the Sales Center recently, paying the fee to join, and made two sales in 7 days, while she could not make ANY sales after 7 months of doing it the 'traditional' and outdated way. She was ecstatic about her results and could not believe how simple and easy it was.

The Sales Center pioneered a business model last year in which they provided live representatives to follow up and close sales for associates. Members flocked to it and competitors scrambled to compete with it and try to copy it.

Many new business opportunities now copy the methods the Sale Center first introduced, but so far, no systems have been able to match the over all success rate of their group.

The podcast is another move toward modernization for a business that started 12 years ago with just a fax on demand system and a few conference calls.

"At times Coastal was criticized for not keeping up with technology and tools to help out their directors, but now, with the Podcasting phenomenon, Coastal is definitely on the bleeding edge of technology and is one of the first Direct Sales programs to offer a podcast and I am proud to host this show with my protegee Dean Marino," stated Mills.

Access to the podcast is available not only to members, but to anyone interested in acquiring more knowledge of the business and is offered free of charge at http://www.coastalvacationspodcast.com.

To learn more information on how you can join Coastal vacations, visit Mills and Marino's websites.

For more information about former Youth Pastor, Jeff Mills, visit www.coastal-vacation-club.com

For more information about Dean Marino, visit www.passivecoastalincome.com

Feeds for RSS readers, iTunes, and Yahoo Podcast can be found at http://feeds.feedburner.com/CoastalVacationsPodcast and http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=129513139&s=143441

Coastal Vacations Podcast Success Interview Series #3

Coastal Vacations Podcast Success Interview With Andrew Porto

In this 35 minute show, you'll listen in as a former graphic designer was looking to get out of his boring job, because of the demands of his clients were driving him crazy.

He bumped into Coastal online over a year ago and just recently did over $32,000 in sales in April, 2006, with hardly any effort, actually less than 10 hours.

How did he do it?

Can you do it too?

YES YOU CAN!

Coastal Vacations Podcast Success Interview Series #2

In Today's interview, I brought on Harold Simpson, from North Carolina.

Harold uses a sales center to close his sales and recently made 2 sales without ever talking to anyone. Being Deaf Didn't Stop Irma From Reaching Coastal's Top Level

Al began the day by introducing some members of the leadership council and then moved on to discuss the importance of finding the marketing technique that works for you. He explained how he started his business with 3 and 4 line classified newspaper ads and explained how others have great success with fax blasting, email blasting, and even home parties. The important thing is to find the one technique or combination of techniques that work for you.

As a side note the Coastal Vacations Sales Center recognizes the fact that finding the best technique for you is one of the keys to Coastal success. They credit part of the unusually high success rate of their members to the fact that they teach each new member over 170 techniques that are time tested.

Powerful testimonials were given by Joe and Irma.

Joe holds the record for the most wins as Tulane University's baseball coach. He explained how his wife closed a Coastal sale after they had boarded up their home in the path of hurricane Katrina. She closed the sale on a cellular phone, in the car, as they were on their way to Jackson Mississippi. They realized that Katrina could change their lives forever, but she would not take away their ability to earn a great living with Coastal.

Irma's testimonial brought tears to my (Dean) eyes. Born in Kiev, Ukraine she came to the United States a few years ago and learned English as a second language. She went on to graduate from college and failed to earn a living with several MLM companies before finding Coastal Vacations. After reviewing a website she was excited, but told the person explaining the business to her she had a disability and did not think she could sell Coastal. Irma is deaf. She got started with the help of her director. She communicates with prospects using a relay system and chat rooms and is now a qualified level 3 director.

The power to succeed in Coastal requires a strong belief.

1. Belief in Yourself First! I can do this!
2. Belief in your Product! Coastal will save others and myself money!
3. Belief in your ability to Prospect! I will attract the right people and say the right things to get them excited!
4. Belief in your ability to Close! I will help people get started, or use other tools or call centers to do the easy parts for me!

Interview With Master Marketer Todd Falcone

Todd Falcone was a big hit at the September event and it was great to have him back.

His extensive experience in direct sales and network marketing give him a unique perspective.

Listen in as Jeff and Dean ask him the key questions marketers want answered.

It's a mini-seminar, all available right here.
